Who should file a claim?

Anyone in the United States who purchased an ASUS Rog Strix GL502VS or GL502VSK laptop between May 4, 2014, and Nov. 19, 2019.

How much money will class members receive?

According to case documents…

Cash payment up to $110 or a credit certificate up to $210. Consumers who sent a complaint to ASUS before March 19, 2019, will automatically receive a credit certificate. These consumers do not have to submit a Claim Form to receive the credit but must file a claim in order to receive cash payments. Extended Warranty for ASUS Rog Strix GL502VS laptops. Repairs under warranty will be available through three years after the laptop purchase date, 90 days after final approval of the settlement, or 180 days after a prior replacement of the internal power supply and/or power adapter (whichever is latest).
